High-performance vector control from 0.2 to 450 kW
The E800 Series is a general-purpose vector inverter covering an applicable motor range of 0.2–450 kW across single-phase 220–240 V, three-phase 230 V and three-phase 380–480 V supplies. Combining advanced motor control with a compact footprint, it delivers V/F control and open-loop sensorless vector control for both induction motors and PMSM permanent magnet synchronous motors, producing 150% starting torque at just 0.5 Hz, a 1:100 speed control range and ±0.5% steady-state speed precision.
Built for real-world industrial automation, the E800 offers 15-stage speed control, built-in PID for process closed-loop regulation, auto voltage regulation, DC braking, speed-tracing restart, and dedicated multi-pump control with sleep/wake dormancy for constant-pressure water supply systems. Frequency reference and command channels are fully flexible: keypad, control terminals, analog signals or Modbus RTU over the built-in RS-485 port.
Housed in a compact wall-mounted format — flame-retardant polycarbonate up to 45 kW and powder-coated metal cabinets from 55–450 kW — the drive integrates a removable LED keypad, optional built-in braking unit, optional EMI filter and optional DC choke. Comprehensive protection functions and CE / UL certification make the E800 a dependable choice for continuous industrial duty.
