Advanced electromagnetic design minimizes torque ripple and cogging for smooth, stable operation even at low speeds, while the optimized low-inertia rotor provides the fast dynamic response demanded by high-acceleration positioning cycles. High-resolution encoder feedback — available in incremental or absolute versions — ensures precise speed and position control for exacting automation tasks.
With six flange sizes from 40 mm to 180 mm, each offered in standard and holding-brake versions, the SM Series covers a broad spectrum of automation loads.
